A) One of our friendly assistants will provide you with a convenient appointment time for a FREE CONSULTATION with a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Wellness Coach. During the consultation, you will be measured for height, weight, BMI, caliper measurement and discuss your needs, challenges and goals. Afterward you’ll make an appointment to see the licensed, board certified physician the following day for your fasting blood test, EKG, blood pressure, etc. You will receive your results from the doctor at an appointment the following week, at which time the doctor will recommend a medical prescription and/or herbal supplements and an injection regimen, as he deems necessary for your individual situation. You will also receive a tailored diet and supplements to support rapid and healthy weight loss. Two days later you will then receive by FedEx any prescription medication needed. After that, you’ll return weekly for a short appointment where our LPN will take your height, weight and other measurements, review your food diary and answer any questions or concerns you have. You will also receive an MIC injection, which is Methianine Inositol Choline, or a Lipotropic injection to support weight loss and fat burning. Our physician will see you in person at least once per month, as well as any time you have any issue that you wish to discuss with him.
